Menopaus’ull would like to share a local women’s group that has recently come together. The group are called ‘Women Empowering women sunrise/sunset swim’ and they organise monthly swims at Fraisethorpe beach.
The group have come together to empower women, no matter what size, age or background, all women are welcome to come along and join in, make new friends and improve their health & wellbeing.
The group meet at Fraisethorpe Beach and the next meetup will be taking place on Sunday 4th September, meeting on the beach at 5.30am.
