Delivering talking therapy as a way to help women deal with menopause symptoms
The 'Let's Talk Menopause' ladies group program aims to improve anxiety and mental health concerns during the menopause by using talking therapy.
Each program will consist of no more than 6 participants, who will commit to attending a 4 or 6 week program. Each session will last for 1 hour and will take place at 7pm on a Thursday evening.
The program will be hosted by Gill Hirst, therapist and Associate of Newson Health Menopause Society.
