
We’re really happy to be launching the second programme of our ‘Learn to Lift’ introduction to weight lifting! This time around we are offering 2 different days and times of attending these small, supportive groups of guided training.
Taking place on Thursdays at 9.30am OR Fridays at 6pm (you can pick which day suits you best) starting on Thursday 2nd April or Friday 3rd April – each session runs for 6 weeks. This programme is designed to make participants feel stronger, empowered and confident.
These sessions are set to help build your confidence around lifting weights and training safely in the gym.
This is a safe space to:
Learn correct lifting techniques
Be informed on nutritional needs during menopause
Improve your overall health
Boost confidence in the gym
Connect with other like minded women
No experience needed – just a water bottle and some enthusiasm!!
Start date: Thursday 2nd April or Friday 3rd April
Time: Thursdays @ 9.30am or Fridays @ 6pm (this will remain the same each week)
Duration: 6 weeks
Location: Foundry Gym, 5 Goodhart Road, Hull, HU7 4EE (next door to Greggs)
