Menopaus’ull supporter and friend, Carly Killen and associates, are holding a ‘Midlife Reset’ event at Kingswood Community Centre on Saturday 18th January. If you are looking for a refreshing start to 2025 and embrace a new style of thinking and living this could be a great way to begin!
Are you looking for a fresh start – a new you for the new year? Or perhaps you’re struggling to navigate midlife and the menopause? This carousel of empowering workshop sessions by local women in business provides the opportunity for a ‘Midlife Reset’ – feel free to interpret ‘midlife’ your way as all welcome!
Mini workshops cover:
- the impact of wearing colour, and a colour analysis demonstration
- a pro-age discussion around body positivity
- a brow-mapping demonstration
- an informal discussion on the benefits of permanent makeup
- a nutrition workshop with the Nourishment Coach
- strength training and emotional wellbeing
