On Saturday 26th October, in recognition of World Menopause Month, the Menopaus’ull Team along with the office of Emma Hardy MP hosted another great Menopause Hull event. This was free to attend and supported by many residents and service providers in Hull.
Held on the ground floor of Princes Quay the day was a great success with demonstrations of uplifting dance from Dance Dynamic and calming Yoga from Amiyoga, guest speakers from near and far and opportunities to speak with local specialists there was plenty of information to be taken away for women to feel empowered and supported in their menopause journey.
As always the event was aimed at creating awareness of menopause and the symptoms relating to it whilst highlighting the ways ladies can access the support that is available in the local area.
The event was very well attended and people were pleased that we were putting ‘menopause on the agenda’!
