This ‘self-help’ book is a bit different form the average menopausal book. It’s more like chatting to a friend who gets it. It discusses what its really like to be a menopausal women and reminds you, ‘that you are not alone!’
Scottish writer Jennifer runs an award wining blog on the menopause and would like to see this book reach every women and their significant others, in the hope it makes them laugh so much at the absurdity of this stage of life!
