Join the Menopaus’ull team every Saturday morning at their KeepFit and Yoga sessions.
Both sessions are held at the Alf Marshall Community Centre, 87 Goodhart Road, Bransholme, HU7 4EE and are free to attend. Donations can be made in the charity bucket provided.
Instructor Louisa, will take you through an energetic KeepFit exercise routine, with a range of ability levels, to cater for all abilities and injuries. The session will then follow with a gentle Yoga session featuring a range of yoga, pilates and qigong moves finished by relaxation.
The Keepfit session begins at 9.15am until 10am, with Yoga following at 10.15am until 11.15am.
No need to book, just turn up on the day!
