Are you looking for a friendly place to connect, share and move your body? Come along to our Menopaus’ull Walk & Talk around Victoria Dock, on Sunday 26th July at 10am. The meeting point will be at the Community Centre, Southbridge Road, Hull, HU9 1TL and the walk will then take place along the front and up to Humber Street.
This is a gentle stroll where you can enjoy the fresh air, friendly conversation and the support of other women who all understand the ups and downs of the menopause journey. Whether you want to chat, listen or just be present in some enjoyable surrounds in a safe space and enjoy some company – you will always be warmly welcomed.
