Hull FC Community Foundation are hosting a new women’s only fitness session, called ‘Unite Fitness’, every Tuesday evening from 6pm until 7.30pm, held at Bonus Youth Performance Centre, Pickering Road, Hull.
Unite Fitness is focused on empowering women living in Hull to come together and participate in activities that support their physical and mental wellbeing. These classes will involve a 45-minute fitness session that is adaptable to women of all fitness levels, followed by a variety of social and educational empowerment activities. Some sessions will involve visits from organisations like HEY Mind, nutritionists, personal trainers, sports, and exercise coaches such as clubbercise and netball, and other health and wellbeing professionals.
