Join the Menopaus’ull team for a morning of fresh air and friendship as we take a gentle stroll around Beverley Westwood for one of our Walk & Talk sessions which will be taking place on Saturday 27th September at 10am meeting at the Old Windmill, HU17 8GE. The walk will then take place around the Westwood.
Our Walk & Talk sessions are all about connection, taking time to move our bodies and sharing experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you are looking for a friendly ear, a bit of gentle exercise or wanting to meet new people you will be warmly welcomed.
Make sure you come prepared by making sure you have sturdy footwear on and a warm jacket. Fingers crossed the weather will be kind to us, but we will be there come rain or shine, and we will look forward to seeing you all.
No need to book – simply pop along on the day and join us. This is a relaxed, no pressure space where we can meet others who understand the menopause journey, share the ups and downs of menopause and enjoy some fresh air all whilst having a giggle along the way!
