Join the Menopaus’ull team on Saturday 9th November at 10.15am for a transformative Gong Soundbath where soothing vibrations of the gong and singing bowls will guide you into deep relaxation and inner peace.
Allow the sound waves to wash over you, releasing tension and stress while restoring harmony to your body and mind.
This session is being held by Lesley from Health in Harmony. Lesley will take the session to help unload the daily stresses and strains, help you unwind, reconnect and experience a profound sense of calm.
