On 6th April, Personal trainer Neil Thompson, delivered a brilliant and informative ONLINE workout, encouraging everyone to get moving by incorporating simple yet affect moves, in the hope that it may make you consider joining a class or thinking about other ways you would like to incorporate exercise into your daily lives.
