Navigating menopause can be overwhelming, isolating, and often under-discussed. But Nicola King—also known as *The Menopause Chef*—is on a mission to change that. With her passion for food, wellbeing, and community, Nicola is creating safe, supportive spaces for women to connect, learn, and nourish their bodies and minds through the menopause journey.
Nicola isn’t your average chef. With a unique blend of culinary expertise and deep understanding of menopause, she offers bespoke services designed to support women through every stage of the transition—from perimenopause to postmenopause.

Nicola delivers a series of Menopause Chef Cafés in Beverley held within Beverley Golf Club on the Westwood. These sessions are informal, welcoming gatherings where people can come together to talk openly about menopause and connect with each other. The next session is Saturday 31st January 10am-12noon. The guest speaker for this cafe is Shelagh, a nourishment coach on menopause and she will be discussing the impact of diabetes and IBS and how they can impact each other.
At just £5 to attend, which includes a tea/coffee (latte, cappuccino etc available too!) OR a Soft Drink you will come away feeling informed and connected.
