Over the last few weeks the team have been busy visiting various organisations across Hull to help create awareness of menopause and it feels great that menopause is becoming an open conversation in many workplaces.
The team can deliver a short presentation about menopause signs and symptoms, along with ideas for supporting these, such as joining in with local events and activities on offer. The visit is really informal and can support organisations with the next step in having on-going menopause support.
The Menopaus’ull Team can also support with setting up a regular menopause café in your organisation. A menopause café is a space for conversations about menopause, with no agenda, no speakers, no experts, just conversations.
