Join Menopaus’ull and somatic practitioner Laura Starky for an evening of reflection and reconnection.
Laura offers a safe, compassionate space to return to yourself beyond the roles, beyond the noise and into the quiet wisdom of your own body.
This circle is an invitation to slow down and take that question seriously. Together we will use simple ritual, communal witnessing and somatic contemplation to honour the life and body you are living in right now, with its wisdom, its losses and its quiet becoming.
We are not here to fix anything. We are not here to rush through what is hard or to bypass what is tender. This is a space where grief can sit alongside wonder, where the experience of ending and beginning are allowed to exist in the same breath.
This circle may be for you if…
– you are in the midst of perimenopause or menopause and feel a sense of transition that goes beyond the physical
– you are ready to acknowledge that something in you is changing and want to be witnessed in that
– you are drawn to embodied, contemplative practice rather than information or problem-solving
– you want to be in community with other women who are navigating a similar threshold
– you are willing to move slowly and sit with what is present rather than reach for answers
This circle may not be for you if you are looking for medical guidance, hormone advice or a structured programme.
This is a gentle and unhurried gathering. There is nothing you need to prepare, nothing you need to know in advance and nowhere you need to get to. The session has a loose shape, offered below, so that you can arrive with a sense of what the time will hold.

A few things worth knowing before you arrive:
Wear something you can breathe and sit comfortably in. We will not be doing anything physically demanding, though you are welcome to bring a blanket and a cushion if you would like to feel more settled in the main practice. Yoga mats will be provided and there is an invitation to lay down.
Everything shared in the circle is held in confidence by everyone present. You will never be asked to do or say anything you are not ready for.
If something arises during the session that feels like too much, you are welcome to simply rest and breathe. You do not need to move through anything to be here.
