Take some time out for yourself and join the Menopaus’ull team for a wonderfully relaxing Sound Bath at the Alf Marshall Community Centre on Saturday 21st November.
Using soothing vibrations of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, this deeply restorative experience encourages relaxation, helping to calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, ease tension, and improve sleep quality. It will also help to create a sense of emotional balance and wellbeing.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a Yoga mat if you have one (although some can be provided), bring a drink of water, a blanket and cushion, eye mask/pillow if you have one, and enjoy a bit of ‘Me time’ where you can completely relax and empty your busy mind.
Come along and enjoy an hour of soothing sounds and gentle relaxation helping to calm the the mind, reduce stress and leave you feeling refreshed and recharged.
Laying on the floor on a yoga mat is the most usual way to experience a sound bath as it’s the most relaxing position for most people. However, if you are unable to do so there are chairs available. If you need to move or re-adjust during the session, that’s fine too.
Please note that sound baths are not for everyone. If you have epilepsy, a pacemaker or other implanted devices, severe sound sensitivity, or some mental health conditions, please seek medical advice before e booking on.
Spaces are just £10 per person.
Location:- Alf Marshall Community Centre, 87 Goodhart Road, Hull, HU7 4EE
