
Open invitation to all Menopaus’ull members! Are you ready to punch, move, and have fun? We’re inviting you to a fantastic FREE Boxercise class designed just for us hosted by the the talented crew at City of Hull Boxing club!
Boxercise is a non-contact exercise class that incorporates boxing techniques with an aerobic workout. It’s a fantastic way to improve fitness, relieve stress, and most importantly, have fun in a supportive and welcoming environment. But please don’t worry if you haven’t worked out in a while – as long as your moving and having fun that’s all that matters 🙂
