Join the Menopaus’ull team on Friday 6th October from 11am until 12pm for our next Menopause Cafe at the Alf Marshall Community Centre in Hull. If the weather is nice, we may even go for a walk around the area to get some fresh air and enjoy the sunshine.
If you are interested, there is no need to book, just turn up on the day.
