
We would like to give a huge thank you to all of the amazing stallholders who joined us at Menopause Hull 2025 and helped to make the day so special. The event, held in collaboration with the Office of Emma Hardy MP and sponsored by KCOM brought together community and organisations. Each one bringing their own expertise, services, products and support to the day and we’re delighted to share a little about them all with you.
Carly Killen – Still Space Hull & Strong Bones Club Carly offers Still Space Hull for people who want to feel calmer, stronger, and more connected – through breathwork , not by doing more, but by gently peeling back the noise and pressure of modern life. Through the Strong Bones Club Carly provides a safe, non judgemental space to train, connect and learn about strength and nutrition.
CHCP – We had the pleasure of June from CHCP sharing her knowledge of how to manage symptoms and how to access all available services to support women during the transition.
Clubbercise with Cydnee – Cydnee gave a fantastic demonstration on how fun, low impact exercise can have such a great effect on increasing fitness levels and also help to meet new people too.
East Riding Aesthetics & Wellness – Tracey Dennison is a well established Consultant Nurse Practitioner and provided an amazing presentation on how to make the most of your GP appointment, some fantastic tips in there to be aware of. Tracey also specialises in Menopause Health and Aesthetic treatments.
Elevate & Flourish Services – Sally-Ann Drury, of Elevate and Flourish, offers holistic mentoring & tutoring that starts with safety, not stress. They help regulate systems, rediscover learning styles and build confidence before diving into the academic skills needed. It’s learning that feels good and works.
Emma Leak Training – Emma delivered a talk on Mental Wellbeing in menopause, which gave some very insightful hints and tips on how to re-train your brain and practicing patience with yourself.
Feel Good Club – The Feel Good Club offer an online membership where members have access to amazing Yoga and Meditation sessions all helping to manage anxiety and stress. Jude offers a way to help bring ways of mindfulness into our ever busying lives.
Fitmums & Friends – Neil & Michelle gave a fantastic resistance training insight at our Menopause Hull event. At Fitmums you don’t have to be a mum or fit – men, dads, grandparents are all welcome. Fitmums & Friends are friendly, sociable and supportive running and walking clubs organised by volunteers.
Hull College Beauty – Hull college Beauty provided attendees with some luxurious hand massages and nail treatments on the day of the event. Some well earned pampering from some lovely ladies!
Humber Wellbeing Hub – The Humber Wellbeing Hub provides a supportive environment promoting mental wellness and providing assistance to individuals experiencing psychological distress, emotional challenges and/or suicidal thoughts. Incorporating Blossom Self Harm and Suicide Prevention service through a mix of 1-to-1 support, group sessions, therapeutic activities, and wellbeing-focused workshops, they empower individuals to understand their experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with life.
Hybrid Fitness – At Hybrid Fitness they can support you on your menopause fitness journey through classes, conditioning and building a community of like minded people.
Nicola King Licensed Menopause Chef – Nicola isn’t your average chef. With a unique blend of culinary expertise and deep understanding of menopause, she offers bespoke services designed to support women through every stage of the transition – from perimenopause to postmenopause. Nicola gave a very informative talk on ‘Munching your way through menopause’ and created a very tasty and healthy dip!
Sacred Sisters – Daisy Glover from Sacred Sisters gave some gentle and insightful Tarot Card offerings. Sacred Sisters also hold 1-1 sessions, Women’s Circles, Neurodiversity workshops and much more. They are passionate about creating safe and inviting spaces where women can be their authentic selves.
Laura Starky – Somatic Wellness Hub – Laura is an Integrative Somatic Therapist & Meditation Teacher and helps people restore the connection they’ve lost – with themselves, with others and with life. This is work that she has walked herself, and now it’s the heart of the Somatic Wellness Hub and HeartSomatics™.
Sore Tummy Club – Founder of the Sore Tummy Club, Hayley, has suffered with Endometriosis from being a teenager and she wants to support any women who are going through the same experience. Hayley wants Sore Tummy Club to inspire you, support you & make you feel good!
The Curious Owl – The Curious Owl is more than just a craft studio — it’s a place where everyone is welcome to slow down, try something new, and rediscover the joy of being creative. Emma believes creativity isn’t about being “good at art” — it’s about expression, confidence, laughter, and letting go of perfection. A perfect time to rediscover your creativity during your menopause journey!
The Sanctuary – Claire and the team offers a variety of Holistic Health & Wellbeing treatments in both Hull & South Cave. Providing Zonal Facelifts, various skin treatments, reflexology and much more!
transformED Styling by Dr Charlotte Garbutt – Charlotte gave an amazing talk ‘Does my tum look big in this? Dressing with joy through the menopause’. Charlotte offers a range of personal styling and colour analysis services online and face-to-face in Hull, East & North Yorkshire and North & North East Lincolnshire.
Wassen International – At the Menopause Hull event Victoria and Gemma gave a very insightful talk on the part that supplements can play during the menopause journey. They are passionate about the role of food supplements in supporting health and wellbeing. Wassen have expert formulations that are originally created to supplement vital nutrients often missing from modern diets.
