
We’re so excited to launch our ‘Learn to Lift’ programme starting on Thursday 22nd January at 6.30pm and running for 6 weeks this programme is designed to make participants feel stronger, empowered and confident.
These sessions are set to help build your confidence around lifting weights safely in the gym.
This is a safe space to:
Learn correct lifting techniques
Be informed on nutritional needs during menopause
Improve your overall health
Boost confidence in the gym
Connect with other like minded women
No experience needed – just a water bottle and some enthusiasm!!

Time: 6.30pm (this will remain the same each week)
Duration: 6 weeks
Location: Foundry Gym, 5 Goodhart Road, Hull, HU7 4EE (next door to Greggs)
