The Neighbourhood Network team are pleased to be offering 8 weeks of free KeepFit and Yoga sessions. These sessions started on Saturday 13th May and will run up until Saturday 1st July.
These sessions are open to all abilities and would especially welcome anyone who currently doesn’t take part in any form of exercise. All sessions are free, however, donations are always very welcome with contributions going towards continuing the sessions after the 8 weeks.
Sessions will take place every Saturday for a duration of 8 weeks at the following times:
Keep Fit – 9.15am until 10am
Yoga – 10.15am until 11.15am
