Gill is a qualified and experienced menopause practioner, yoga for menopause teacher and holistic therapist and has worked within the fitness and wellness industry for more than 20 years.
Gill is experienced in supporting local businesses support their own staff with menopause and has put together a special session for Menopaus’ull to include the following:

Gill’s own story stemmed from not recognising the early symptoms of menopause including brain fog, mood swings and weight gain. It was when the hot flushes and night sweats began that she realised it was the menopause. She visited her GP and was given HRT, but unfortunately this didn’t have any impact for her. Being an holistic therapist, she found one of the first menopause training courses and from this course learnt so much about how lifestyle can impact symptoms. Armed with this knowledge she started to make small changes within her own life, and found that she was able to manage her symptoms, so that she could function again. From this Menobliss was founded and she started delivering workshops in Hull and East Riding which educate and support women through this transition.
More recently Gill has been delivering webinars to businesses on a national and global level which have been designed to educate and support both employers and employees.
