Join them for a 30-minute group session of guided mindfulness meditation at the Humber Wellbeing Hub! This session is perfect for anyone experiencing stress, low mood, anxiety, or simply seeking relaxation. No prior meditation experience is needed – just come as you are and find peace in the present moment.
