What an amazing day the Menopaus’ull team had on Friday 3rd October at St Stephens Shopping Centre for our very first ‘Hot Seat’ event!
We loved meeting so many women (and men!) and having honest conversations about menopause awareness, symptoms and the support that is available locally. It was great to see people stopping by, sharing their stories, asking questions and helping to break the stigma that still surrounds menopause.
Events like this remind us just how important it is to keep the conversation going – whether it’s getting the right advice, finding local resources or simply realising you’re not alone in how you are feeling.
A big thank you to everyone who came over to chat to us and made the day impactful, we’re certainly looking forward to the upcoming dates, come along and join in the discussions!
