Many thanks to all of you that joined us for our first Menopaus’ull online event, Get Active with Fitmums, last night. It was a very inspiring hour with Samantha Barlow BEM founder of Fitmums. It was great to hear the story of how Fitmums got started and was really interesting to learn how doing even just a little daily exercise can have such a positive impact on both our physical and mental health. Tuesday 25th January @ 7pm – Join the Menopaus’ull team and Emma from Em Yoga for an overview of Yoga, learn new breathing techniques and stretches which you can incorporate into your everyday practice.
