On Saturday 4th October, Lucy and Sarah from the Menopaus’ull team headed to London to attend Pause Live 2025 – a vibrant, large-scale event dedicated to celebrating and supporting women’s health from menstruation through to menopause.
With over 70 exhibitors filling the main hall and a packed programme of live expert talks, demonstrations, and workshops spread across three floors, the atmosphere was buzzing with knowledge, energy, and empowerment.
Throughout the day, we took part in three inspiring workshops, each filled with wisdom, laughter, and the powerful reminder that no one is alone on this journey:
- The Art of Finding Joy
- PMDD Workshop
- ADHD and Menopause
We were proud to be flying the flag for Hull and East Yorkshire, sharing stories and insights with attendees from across the UK. A special highlight was seeing our very own local expert Tracey Dennison in action. East Riding Aesthetics & Wellness | Beverley | Hull | East Yorkshire Tracey delivered a powerful talk on the Educational Stage, exploring why women’s health has been so often overlooked. We’re delighted to confirm Tracey will also be speaking at our very own Menopause Hull 2025 event, offering practical advice on how to approach menopause conversations with your GP.
What does this mean for Menopaus’ull?
