You’ll be guided by Carly and two powerhouse women, Laura and Amy on your journey to discover inner strength and break through those limiting beliefs that are holding you back from living your dream life.
During this workshop, we’ll be experience the beauty of Cacao before diving into breath work, bracing techniques, and mastering powerful squats and deadlifts.
