We are pleased to be working with Humber Wellbeing CIC to further widen menopause support across the region. The new dates and events will add more offerings to the area in the hope to support more women during their menopausal journey.
During May and June the following will be taking place:
Monday 15th May – Menopause Cafe at the Fairy Godmothers Cafe, 949-953 Spring Bank West, Hull HU5 5BE – 6.30pm
Saturday 20th May – Walk & Talk at the Wellbeing Hub, Humber Bridge Country Park, HU13 0LN – 1pm
Thursday 25th May – Menopause Cafe at the Wellbeing Hub, Humber Bridge Country Park, HU13 0LN – 7pm
Friday 26th May – Menopause Cafe at the Alf Marshall Community Centre, 87 Goodhart Road, HU7 4EE – 1pm
Monday 5th June – Menopause Cafe at The Bank, 2 Willerby Rd, Hull HU5 5JJ – 2pm
Friday 9th June – Walk & Talk at East Park, Holderness Road, Hull, HU8 8JU – 9.30am
The team are continuing to offer menopause cafes along with their walk and talk sessions throughout Hull, however, we are seeking more volunteers to come forward to help offer sessions in their own areas, to extend the support further. If you are interested in volunteering, please get in touch, the team will support you every step of the way.
