HASP Primary Care Network healthcare open days
The Menopaus’ull team will be supporting HASP (Hull Association of Similar Practices) Primary Care Network with their upcoming healthcare open day event on Friday 21st July.
They hold events once a month for their patients to drop in and access some of the services that people may often be too busy to connect with or find it difficult to access.
At previous events they have had local service providers:
- SmokeFreeHull
- Carers Information Support Service
- AgeUK
- Goodwin Doulas and Breastfeeding Support
- MIND
HASP PCN also have Alcoholics Anonymous, Hull KR Wellbeing Team, Home from Hospitals as well as one of their own HCAs providing blood pressure checks and BMI checks.
They also have members of staff on hand on the day such as social prescribers, health and wellbeing coaches and mental health support to guidance to visitors.
