Navigating the journey of menopause can be hard so let’s gather around, drink tea and create a supportive discussion together at our Menopaus’ull Cafe!

We can openly and safely share experiences and connect with other like-minded ladies who are discovering their own ways of coping with this journey, let’s empower each other along the way!

Join the Menopaus’ull team on Friday 27th September from 1pm till 2pm for our Menopause Café at Alf Marshall Community Centre, 87 Goodhart Road, Hull HU7 4EE.
