The Menopaus’ull Team have organised their own cafes, but it would be great if people felt confident enough to host their own too – imagine lots of cafes, cake and conversation all over the region!
A Menopause Cafe is about creating spaces for conversations about menopause: no agenda, no speakers, no experts, just conversations.
The Menopause Cafe support team are more than happy to support anyone wanting to host a cafe and understand that these are more often than not ran by volunteers that have to manage fitting this around their busy lives.
